munting aklatan ng mga lutuin na nalaman, natutunan at minana ko sa lola orang ko, sa nanay ko, tiyahin, tiyuhin, mga kapatid, mga pinsan, mga kaibigan, at iba pa na hindi nagdamot ng kaalaman nila sa pagluluto ng kahit na anu-ano lang. i-share ko rin sa inyo, malay niyo magustuhan niyo version ko at version nila! paunawa lang po na di ako kasing-galing ng lola ko o ng nanay ko magluto - minsan tyamba lang! pero masarap naman (daw) ang kinalalabasan... :)

Chicken with Baked Beans

recipe ito ng friend kong si gwen – masarap kasing magluto si gwen. she’s from cebu, with chinese origin pa! so saan ka na! miss ko na tuloy si inday :(




Chicken with Baked Beans

· Chicken – cut into serving pieces (or use thighs instead – more meaty)
· Chicken liver ( gusto ko eh!)
· Carrots – cubed
· Can of baked beans
· Chicken broth
· Garlic – minced
· Onions - chopped
· Ground pepper
· Salt
· Tomato sauce

· Sausage

Wash chicken well and drain.

Heat oil in a wok. Saute garlic, onions, then chicken. Add chicken liver. Season with pepper and salt. Cook till brown on the edges. Stir to avoid burning. Add chicken broth. Let boil till chicken is cooked through.

Add carrots. Let simmer. Then add the baked beans and pour tomato sauce till just enough. Simmer again on low fire. Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
